A Proper Hello

Next, we can either hop on a call or meet up for coffee to talk about your upcoming wedding day. Here, we can answer any questions you may have and identify exactly what you’re looking for from your wedding video team.

Book It!

Based on our chat(s), we’ll build a proposal and service agreement. If all looks good, you’ll sign and be given 14 days to pay our 30% retainer fee.

Pre-Wedding Touchbase

After booking, we are available to bounce ideas and provide assistance at any time, but about 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll be sure to get in touch to get a timeline and discuss the details of the upcoming day. This preparation sets us up for success day-of.

I Do!

At the wedding, we’ll do our thing! We’ll work alongside your photographer to ensure that your day is documented perfectly.

Delivery

First, you’ll receive a teaser formatted for social media, which will give a preview and build anticipation for your final film. 4 to 8 weeks after the big day (depending on package size), we’ll deliver your videos via an online gallery and be available to make any changes you desire.

FAQs

Absolutely! Each wedding film will include audio from the day, such as speeches, vows, first looks, letter readings, and the small moments in between (unless directed otherwise by the couple). On top of that, you’ll also receive a full film of each of the following; your ceremony, the speeches, and the special dances.
For an additional $300, you can receive the hundreds of gigabytes worth of footage delivered on a hard drive by hand or via mail.
We always steer couples toward the Moon or Sun package because they include a 2nd shooter and longer cinematic films, which make for a more complete and immersive experience.
Yes! Drone footage is included with the Sun package, and can be added on to the other packages.
